How to Return Shoes Purchased in the F3 Gear Store
Your shoes have a 30-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 30 days of the original order date. This date is on your order confirmation email. Shoe exchanges are not possible at this time, but you may return a pair and buy another pair in a separate order.

To Start A Return, please email support@f3gear.com to request a shoe return and provide your name, the email address you used for your order, and your F3 Gear Order Number if you have it. Please let us know if you would like a full refund by gift card, or if you would like your credit card refunded (this option has a $10 restocking fee per pair) You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label by email that you can print out to return your shoes. You will receive notice of your gift card or refund by email AFTER your shoes are received and checked in at the warehouse.  Please allow up to 10 business days.
