Created by the founders of F3 and in collaboration with leaders from Females in Action, The Iron Project is a forge for organizational leadership development. In addition to operating the GrowRuck program inside of F3, we draw on lessons learned inside F3 and FiA to help other organizations -- corporations, educational institutions, community groups and philanthropies -- build their own self-sustaining leadership machines.
